These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the km510 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services available at km510.app. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Each player may hold exactly one km510 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Access to and use of the km510 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the conditions listed below at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you access the Platform.

To access the full range of Services, you must register an Account via the km510 Login page. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must ensure that all information submitted at registration is truthful. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the km510 Platform at any given time. Duplicate Accounts — whether created by the same individual using different personal details, different email addresses, different devices, or different IP addresses — are strictly prohibited. Where km510 identifies duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void any pending Bets, and confiscate any Bonus credits. Genuine Account balances from a confirmed primary Account may be returned at km510's sole discretion following investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. km510 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify km510 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
km510 applies a KYC verification process to all Accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal request and periodically thereafter. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your Indonesian residential address (dated within 90 days), and/or a selfie photograph holding the identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.
KYC documents submitted to km510 are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are processed securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by our licensing authority or applicable law.
km510 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary depending on your account status and verification level. km510 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All Account balances, Bet stakes, and winnings are displayed and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). USDT deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. USDT withdrawals are converted from IDR at the prevailing rate at the time of the withdrawal request. Exchange rate risk is borne by the Player.
Anti-Money Laundering: km510 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. All transactions are monitored. Any Account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities as required by our licensing obligations.
km510 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major football tournaments. All Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each Bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Bonus being credited to your Account. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the allotted time will result in the Bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited automatically.
A Bet is accepted and becomes binding on km510 only once the Platform has issued a Bet confirmation and a unique Bet ID has been assigned. It is your responsibility to verify that the details displayed in your Bet confirmation — including the selection, the stake amount, and the odds — are correct before confirming placement. km510 will not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed Bets resulting from Player error.
Odds displayed on the km510 sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to Bet acceptance. In-play odds fluctuate continuously during live events. The odds at which your Bet is accepted are the odds confirmed at the precise moment of placement. km510 offers Asian handicap (bandar bola) markets, mix parlay accumulators, and other standard betting formats on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and all other sports markets available on the Platform.
km510 reserves the right to declare a Bet void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human error; the event result is subject to an ongoing integrity investigation by the relevant governing body; or the Bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In the case of a voided Bet, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
Games within the km510 Casino and live dealer sections are governed by the individual game rules provided by each game supplier (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Asia Gaming, Ezugi, etc.). In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome recorded by the game server shall be final. km510 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the km510 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

Accounts found to be engaged in any form of fraud will be permanently banned, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter will be referred to our licensing authority and, where appropriate, law enforcement agencies.
All content on the km510 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, page design, software, source code, game titles, and written content — is the proprietary property of km510 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of km510. Any unauthorised use of km510's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

In summary, km510 collects personal data necessary for Account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km510's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
km510 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if km510 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

km510 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used in breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; the Player has provided false information; a security risk has been identified; or where required by our licensing authority or applicable law.
You may close your km510 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, km510 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their Account settings dashboard — options range from 24 hours to permanent account closure. During any active self-exclusion period, km510 will not process any deposit requests or allow any wagering activity.
